Hi,

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

For S32K146 you have 128KB as SRAM and also you can use 4 KB of FlexRAM for use as SRAM too. Additionally, such S32K1 derivative do not have External memory interface (Please refer to Feature comparison section of datasheet).

So your best option is to upgrade to another S32K1 derivative, like K148.

Hope it helps you.

Have a nice day!

Hallo,

We are working with NXPS32K146 chip. Currently, we are using complete SRAM for our application and can not add more features after that due to limited RAM space.

Can We solder external RAM and use along with SRAM?
Can We replace the complete SRAM with double size?

Are there any alternative solution to increase SRAM without chip up?

Thanks and best Regards,

Sai

<LI-PRODUCT title="S32K146EVB" id="S32K146EVB"></LI-PRODUCT> <LI-PRODUCT title="S32K148-T-BOX" id="S32K148-T-BOX"></LI-PRODUCT>
