Hello,

Well, that could be the case. Execution timing of functions are present in quality package.

In my application, that 1.5+ μs delay can not be tolerated，so how to improve schM speed ? or disable schM?

This solely depends on the method you are using. Not sure what means enter/exit, also if you used direct write to SIUL2 register to toggle pin or again you used RTD.

I suggest to exclude RTD functions when you measuring pin toggle as it will only add another delay.

you can also use trace function of debugger to see execution times of instructions/task...

But, with only using RTD, yes that delay is possible.

Best regards,

Peter

hello!

I'm using s32k312 with RTD5.0.0.

I found out that :

with schM_Enter/Exit Area, toggle pin 's frequency is 300KHz;

without schM_Enter/Exit Area, toggle pin 's frequency is 3MHz.

In my application, that 1.5+ μs delay can not be tolerated，so how to improve schM speed ? or disable schM?
