&lt;P&gt;The most common reason for this error is data cache memory. Are you sure that all the data objects used for communication with HSE are forced to non-cacheable memory? Or did you try to simply disable the data cache completely to see if it makes a difference?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to request SHA256 hash calculation using the HSE module in the S32K312. With the RTD 3.0 package, I encountered the error code &lt;STRONG&gt;HSE_SRV_RSP_GENERAL_ERROR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;,&lt;/FONT&gt; but when using RTD version 2.0.3, there is no error, and the hash is correctly calculated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some details are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;HSE version: HSE_FW_S32K3XX_0_2_6_0&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;RTD version: SW32K3_RTD_R21-11_3.0.0_P07_D2306&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
