S32K3 witch UTEST address can customer use？

我们发现S32K3 S32K3xx_DCF_clients.xlsx文件里描述的“Reserved for customer/application usage”的区域是有问题的。我们测试的时候，写入数据到0x1B000050~0X1B000058，程序可正常运行。然而，我们测试将同样的数据写入到0x1B000048~0x1B00004F，程序工作异常，出现周期复位情况，经过测试，需要在时钟初始化前增加几十毫秒的延时才能正常运行。对此，我们认为，0x1B000048~0x1B00004F写入数据会对S32K3的运行有未知的影响。那么UTEST区域有哪些地址是我们用户可以随意使用的呢？您能给一些建议吗？谢谢！

Table 135. UTEST Device configuration of RM758223-HSE-B Firmware Reference Manual - V2.3(2.3).pdf mentions: 0x1B000048 8 bytes Used by HSE. Must not be programmed by application.
Sorry, the information in S32K3xx_DCF_clients.xlsx conflicts with RM758223-HSE-B Firmware Reference Manual - V2.3(2.3).pdf. I need to consult it with our AE team and will update as soon as I have their feedback.

谢谢您Robin，另外能否也帮忙问问AE Team写入0X1B000048~1B00004F后，会有什么影响或风险吗？目前已经有多个产品已经写入了这个地址了。

The UTEST area(0x1B00_0048-0x1B00_007F) is programmable by the Application. Hence the description in HSE_b RM is incorrect and it will be updated in the upcoming version v2.4.

According to the latest feedback from HSE team, they speculate that another HSE write operation was executing when APP was programming data at 0x1b00_0048 - 0x1b00_004f simultaneously would cause this issue.

So the customer can try to add below check and also wait for HSE_STATUS_INIT_OK, before writing into the UTEST area.
