S32K311 COMPILE ERROR AFTER FROM SETUP RTD and LIN STACK

Hello ,

I was working first project on S32DS,

I created port using, adc , timer and lin master ,

They were working on hardware before setup RTD and LIN STACK,

But after that , when I compile same code , compiler give me some error ,

Errors are ;

C:/NXP_1/S32DS.3.5/S32DS/software/PlatformSDK_S32K3/RTD/BaseNXP_TS_T40D34M50I0R0/include/Mcal.h:61:10: fatal error: DeviceDefinition.h: No such file or directory

Hi @BarisS37.

The error code that you're watching is commonly caused whenever the configuration files are not generated. In order to see if this is the problem, here is how to generate the proper configuration files if using RTDs:

- First go to Project Explorer View in S32 DS and select the current project.
- Select the "S32 Configuration Tool" menu then click on the desired configuration tool (Pins, Clocks, Peripherals etc...). Clicking on any one of those will generate all the components.
- Make the desired changes(if any) then click on the "S32 Configuration Tool->Update Code" button.

Could you please provide more details about the steps you followed to encounter the issue you mentioned? Additionally, based on your description, I believe you might be using RTD 5.0.0. Could you kindly confirm this information for us?

It would also be really helpful if you could share your project so that we can test it on our side and verify if we experience the same issue.

Hi again Roman ,

I created again original Lin_Slave_S32K311_Example_DS example project ,

And didn't change directly generate original project at Update Code ,

Program asked some files replace because same name (Options : Delete , Exist , Compare) , I guess LinIF ,

I choosed exist and generate completed after compiled original code and successfull ,

My problem solved this,
