Hi all,

I'm trying to debug my software when the S32K312 exits the Standby mode.

During my tests, I'm loosing the debugger connection whenever the S32K3 enters standby mode.

According Reference manual, there is a ' Low-power debug handshake protocol" which allows restoring the debugger connection on standby exits.

I'm using a PE Micro debug probe, with S32DS 3.5. I asked PE micro, and unfortunately they told me that their probe doesn't manage the low power debug feature.

Right now, I'm trying with a Segger J-Link debug probe, but without much success.
The debugger connection doesn't seem to "crash" on STANDBY entry, but it doesn't reconnect on STANBDY exit.

Anyone ever managed to debug STANDBY exit and could help me in the debugger configuration ?

Ideally with PE micro or Jlink probe. If not, which debug probe did you use?)

Thank you.

Hello Senlent,

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I don't have such probe. I'll see if I can get access to one.
I'm not familiar with Lauterbach probes. Can you share the exact reference of the debug probe you are using ?

Thank you
