I have encountered a problem when flashing data into S32K144 internal Flash memory by using autosar Flash driver specification, fashed 8bytes data into memory by calling the Fls_write() and Fls_main function and then I checked the job result by calling function Fls_getjobResult() and I got a job failed result, but strange things is the data has been stored into already and I got a failed result . The consequent write operation some times could be done and some times not! Before writing data, I have configured the Flash module properly by using EB tresos tool and I'm sure I have initialized the module before using it, so what was going on here? Anybody call tells me what's the problem is, I'll appreciate your help!
