Is it over-sampled? For example, a 12-bit ADC evenly samples 64 times, accumulates and divides by 8 to get a 15-bit result. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;And would like to ask what is the function of the special capacitor, thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What I want to ask is, is the original data collected by ADC here 15 digits? After the conversion, the ADC data of 14, 12, 10 and 8 bits are available, but I see that the SAR ADC module is 12 bits in the data manual.
