The RX FIFO depth of Lpuart is fixed and cannot be set by the user.

If LPUART ISR is enabled with default FIFO and AUTOSAR then max 10kbps communication is possible otherwise Rx buffer overrun happens due to AUTOSAR overhead. I assume enabling FIFO buffer depth this issue will be solved and higher data tares would be possible.

I am wondering how I can change in RTD or MCAL settings for Rx FIFO depth?

Hi@mirkop345

You can find the following figure in the data sheet.

The size of the RX FIFO is limted.

I was wondering if this setting for FIFO buffer depth is accessible in MCAL or RTD libraries? As per AUTOSAR I can not access any MCU register directly but rather via access function?
