&lt;P&gt;As the log says, have you checked the power supply and the JTAG/SWD connections?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using both SWD and JTAG?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the Multilink work with other S32K1xx boards?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>S32K144 Unable to debug</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a custom board with S32K144 MCU. But when we tried to flash or debug using PE Micro we are not able to flash or debug. And we have tried different ways to flash also. But no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just break the process and stops. I dont know why we are facing this issue. Kindly need your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also tried flashing using S32K flash tool, but not able to flash. But there we can see some logs that I have captured and have been attached with this response.
