S32DS Activation Code Error

I was using S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4 well until a week ago.
An error related to the license occurred, and when I entered the Activation Code, I received the following error message.

'S32 Desgin Studio for S32 platform 3.4 License missing'

Attached the .metadata file.

Hello,

You can try offline activation.

Did you change anything on your PC? Some firewall, server settings or some sw which can prevent connection to server?

Nothing has been installed except for recent Windows updates.
S32ds is allowed in the firewall.
To create the offline request file, I clicked the check box and pressed activate, and it comes out as shown in the picture below. Is this the wrong way?

Hi,

please try to delete content of c:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\ folder. The folder is hidden by default.
