I have a couple of questions regarding the standby RAM and DTCM memory retention features during reset events:

Are external resets considered destructive resets?

Under which reset types do standby RAM and DTCM memory retain their data?

If external resets are considered functional then upon using external watchdog reseton my Bose custom board, the standby RAM does not retain data. and why are the external reset sources included in the FES function/external register?

#s32K3
