S32K3: Wake issues from Standby mode

Hi,

I am trying to wake up my MCU (S32K312 EVB) from Standby Mode using an external GPIO wake source.
When the wake up signal is a rising edge the wake up is successful.
When the wake up signal is a falling edge then the wake is NOT WORKING as expected.

The symptoms that I observe: micro-controller wakes up immediately after getting into standby mode. This happens only when the wake source [Wkpu: IcuDefaultStartEdge] is configured as FALLING_EDGE or BOTH_EDGES. In the case wake source is configured as RISING_EDGE wake works fine as expected (gets into standby mode and wakes up only when triggered).

I am not able to figure out why the wake method is not working in the case of Falling_edge config.

Any inputs will be of great help on this.
