Could you please assist me with configuring the Periodic Interrupt Timer (PIT) on the S32K118 MCU using S32 Design Studio? I specifically need guidance on setting up a callback function for the PIT.

For S32K118 devices, PIT example projects are provided with the RTDs. The application uses the IP layer or MCAL functionality to trigger a timer interrupt.
