Hi Daniel

Glad to receive your reply. I am using XS32K14WEVB-Q064, SCH-46873 REVB

Do you mean that if I use PTD2 and PTD3, they will function well, the problem is how I measured them?

Dear NXP Friend,

I am developing LPSPI with S32K144W, I use LPSPI1, PTD0 as SCK and PTD1 as SIN. I found that if I use PTD3 as PCS and PTD2 as SOUT, the SPI wave form seems weird. but if I change PCS to PTE1 and SOUT to PTE0, the SPI wave form seems working well. would you please kindly help to check what I did wrong?

Thank you so much

Hi @sophie-wang,

Do you use an NXP EVB?

If so, please specify the revision and the schematic number.

Can you measure the bus with an analog oscilloscope?

The difference between the pins is that PTD2 and PTD3 are standard GPIOs

where as PTE0, PTE1 are GPIO-HD, they have better current capabilities/slew rate when their PCR[DSE = 1].

Regards,

Daniel

PTD2 and PTD3 are also conencted to BTN0, BTN1 on the EVB.

These pins are pulled down, this can impact the signals.

You should see it on the oscilloscope.
