s32k3 hse advanced secure boot debug best practice?

during LC in cust_del, if i modified the flash and reset the mcu, hse smr check maybe stop the app code run due to che check failed? how to recover the mcu, for example ,clear the SMR/CR record when app code not run? is there any best practice workflow for debug secure boot ?

I don't understand this question.

During CUST_DEL, APP Debug port is open, No restriction for Application development, HSE Debug Port Closed

if i configured SMR/ CR and use S32DS+JTAG to program and debug code, each time after i've programed the code and reset, will the hse hold the core0 reset due to SMR check failed, and my code cant run? or in CUST_DEL stage and JTAG connected, the hse SMR will not check the flash the code can run normally?
