    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are developing 22S BMS for two wheeler application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. My problem is the BCC_REG_CELL_OV_FLT_ADDR and BCC_REG_AN_OT_UT_FLT_ADDR values are always 1. That means it is telling the cell voltage OV and LV faults are there in cell 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cell 1 measured voltage is 3504mv. The cell 1 OV threshold level is 4195 mV and the LV threshold level is 2509 mV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my question: why is the register showing fault, the measured voltage is between the boundries line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please support me how to fix this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem is only for cell 1. Other cells are working fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
