What I need is the ASIL B certification certificate. Are these four documents? Or which one is the ASIL B certification certificate?

We have only external ISO 26262 ASIL-D certificate for MPC5643L device, it is “Type Approval Certificate”:

No other MCU has been externally certified and is also not planned (ISO 26262 only requires an independent assessment, which can also be internal). Company is certified as a whole.

If you have allowed secure access, you can download Assessment / Confirmation Measurement Report for specific device.
