Can you please capture and share all the register values of the eMIOS channels that you use?

Good evening,

We have developed an application that performs a quadrature decode based on the example MCSPTE1AK344 with reference to application note AN13767.
A strange thing is happening to us, basically the CW and CCW signals increment correctly but the first OVF occurs at 65535 counts while the subsequent ones at 4095 counts.
We do not understand why this inequality occurs. We would expect an OVF every 65535 since the peripheral is on 16bit but instead it seems to always happen as if it were on 12bit except for the first time ever.

I wanted to know why this situation occurs and how to solve it?

MCU S32K324
IDE S32 Design Studio 3.5
RTD 3.0.0

Thank you very much
