&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the late reply. Please post question in the S32K community next time. So that the internal system can assign your question to the engineer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These four channel share the same Interrupt Priority, so you are not able to set different priorities for channels of an LPIT instance.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Periodic timer Interrupt Priority configuration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have configured periodic timer interrupt (PIT) instance 0 with 4 channels in&amp;nbsp; S32 SDK configuration tool which are listed below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;channel 0 (ISR 1)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;channel 1&amp;nbsp;(ISR 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;channel 2&amp;nbsp;(ISR 3)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;channel 3&amp;nbsp;(ISR 4)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to prioritize the ISR for above channels. Please help me in setting the priority for each of this channels&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
