&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I am not familiarized with the IAR environment, but the probable cause for this error is that the security register was flashed with all values in F, which means the Flash Security register was set to 11b: &lt;STRONG&gt;MCU Security status is secure.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
