The LPSPI half duplex example code provided for S32K358 board is not functioning properly. The example is attached, is from the latest RTD. The on-board configurations are done as shown in the description. Does it need some additional configuration?

I get the following output for it, where I expect to receive {1,2,...10}.

Are you using a custom board? If you oscilloscope the SPI signals, did you see any irregularity?

Hi @VaneB ,

I am using S32K358EVB-Q289.

I don't see any outputs on the protocol probe for this example. I suspect the LPSPI master functionality has issues since when running the LPSPI+FLEXIO example, the FLEXIO Tx info reached the LPSPI Rx correctly, but the LPSPI Tx info doesn't reach the FLEXIO Rx. However, even in this other example, used as provided in the RTD, there seem to be something lacking in the configuration and setup.

Could you share the connections made? Also, could you please check the SPI0 signals? For this board, these are connected to the FS26.

Hi,

Can you also share the code, if your problem is resolved? I am also working with S32K358 board with Contactors.

Regards,

Sonu Mishra
