We are working closely to Vector for the integration, We are planning to buy the Eval board of S32k344,please provide us the most widely used S32K3xx device for the Automotive applications.

S32K3 has many derivatives, so choosing the right one depends on your project requirements. See Chapter 3 (Feature Comparison) of the S32K3xx data sheet, Rev. 8.1, for more details about the features and package options of these chips.
