      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;In my opinion, if it were not for the POR and Standby modes, the data in the RAM should be retained in the destructive reset.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The data was also retained in our tests.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;We need to use destructive reset, but the manual describes functional reset retention, so we're not sure if there's a risk.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="wuxianlong_0-1702889610108.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/254819iDD78ABE31CE709F5/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="wuxianlong_0-1702889610108.png" alt="wuxianlong_0-1702889610108.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;xianlong&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
