S32K324 has two Cortex-M7 Cores. But the Systick is an optional feature so I'm not sure if it's implemented on every M7 core. (<A href="https://developer.arm.com/documentation/101407/0538/Debugging/Debug-Windows-and-Dialogs/Core-Peripherals/Armv7-M-cores/Armv7-M--System-Tick-Timer" target="_self">Armv7-M: System Tick Timer</A>)<BR />Sorry, I don't have S32K324 around to test.
