S32K148 FlexRAM Question

I need to know the value of FlexRAM area when it is delivered from NXP (Virgin Device)

[0x14000000 ~ 0x1400ffff]

Currently, I don't have the s32k148 virgin device. So I can't check the value.

(Random(garbage) Value or 0 or 1?)

I have develepment board.

And I did "partition command" to this EVB for csec use.

And after I did "erase all command" to this EVB, FlexRAM area value became 0xFF.

Is this value moved from FlexNVM?

These are related to mass production project.
