S32K116 EVB flashing problems

Hello,

I am using S32K116 evaluation board and S32 Design Studio IDE.

All worked fine until now, I flashed and debugged on the board.

Now I can't flash anymore. I can see the drive in Computer, but I can't flash any program.

Can anyone help me with this problem, please?

Hello,
It could be anything, maybe the MCU got damaged.
Could you please elaborate on the description?
What message do you get from the IDE? Do you use only OpenSDA?
Have you measured VDD and the Reset pin.

Hello Daniel,

I measured VDD and Reset pin and all looks fine. It does not seem to be a hardware problem.

The image below is what the IDE says when I try to debug and I am stucked here even if I press Retry.

I am using only OpenSDA.

I searched an OpenSDA Application for Bootloader but I didn't find the application for S32K116 board.

I tried with the application for S32K144 but it doesn't work. Do you know where I can find the applicatio for S32K116?

I also tried to use MSD Flash Programmer but it doesn't work too.
