&lt;P&gt;The log you attached is very little, it is just Jlink download log. There is no code running log.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From your word,&amp;nbsp; you can check rx_er pin, you did not use it. please check PTC14 or PTC16.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the StartSchduler(), it is FreeRTOS OS start call, the code should doer not go over it, you see it is handling, but usually the task is running. Please break, and see if the code is running, or check the OS task exectuion. You can also use PC to ping the MCU.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I just searched, Marvel 88Q6113 is switch, not phy. The two chips are on mac to mac mode, there could be some differences.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try this code, it is mac to mac and verified with NXP switch SJA1110. Don't forget to change the pinmux and ip address.&lt;/P&gt;

The semephore 'init_sem' is post in callbacks as&amp;nbsp;test_init() in tcpip_init(test_init, (void*)&amp;amp;init_sem) --&amp;gt; tcpip_thread(). &lt;P&gt;The code I post here, it is for mac to mac. I verified it on NXP EVB, it can work with SJA1110 which is NXP switch. This code does not include the initPhy function, so you can see it is commented.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For NXP official code, it works with NXP phy TJA110x. If you use mac to phy mode, you should use this one. I did not test MCU mac with switch phy. But for all the Phy, the basic function is standard. You can first check the initPhy to see if it can work on Marvel phy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suggest you to compare the code I post here with NXP official lwip demo, to check the difference of Config Tool and code. Your board is difference with EVB, you can also check BSP like pinmux\clock.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;No matter it is mac to mac or mac to phy, S32K344 always need 50Mhz clock input. If&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;mavel switch cannot output the clock, the system cannot work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So bases on the current HW, to provide the clock, marvell switch must run on Phy mode. The initPhy() cannot be commented. You can see it is used to config the phy reg. Most reg is standard which means all the phy is the same. I suggest you read the doc of Marvel switch to check how to work on phy mode.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
