&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, the macro &lt;SPAN&gt;ADC_SAR_IP_EOC_ENABLED can't be turned ON.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In case that you want to have a ISR when EOC of an ADC instance, let try this configuration for it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I don't know exact version of the package that you using, but in S32K3 4.4 3.0.0 release version, there's no way to enable&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ADC_SAR_IP_EOC_ENABLED.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please tell me the version of package and purpose of using this macro, so i can support you more?&lt;/P&gt;
