I need to use PE to download HEX files directly into mcu. How to implement it?

Also, if you do not want to use the IDE, there are other ways to download the hex file directly to the MCU. This topic has been already discussed in the PE Micro forum.

Software utility for downloading hex/bin file to K32l2a41 device using multilink universal programmer.

I also recommend you contact PE Micro support since you are using their product.
