S32K344 14-bit ADC Resolution

I'm working with the S32K344s ADC. The datasheet and specification on the website states a 12-bit resolution, but the ADC peripheral can be set to 14-bit resolution in the CALBISTREG register.

What would the difference between the 14-bit resolution and 12-bit resolution be if the ADC is specified to 12-bit?

Hello Oscar,

The ADC has not been specified at the 14-bit resolution, we don't have any measurements for that.

Even though the TUE should be slightly better at 14bit resolution, because of the lack of data, we can say that If TUE = +/-4 LSB at 12bit, it is +/-16 LSB at 14bit.
