Did you install the SW32K3_IPCF_3.4.0_D2112.exe?(C:\NXP\SW32K3_IPCF_3.4.0_D2112\UserManual.pdf)

Do EB need to install a new plugin if they want to configure the IPCF module!

After reading jiri_kral's reply I realized there should be a newer version of IPCF.
Sorry for my wrong answer earlier.
Please download lPCF from Real-Time Drivers (RTD), after click DOWNLOAD of S32K3 Standard Software you should be able to see the Automotive SW - S32K3 - Inter-Platform Communication Framework
