Hello Team,

With S32K, if in case of any internal faults detected by the internal diagnosis system or watchdog, How do I read the fault from memory? I need to send the fault over to our external system via lpuart.

Take a look at chapter 26(Reset Control Module (RCM)) of the S32K1xx Series Reference Manual, Rev. 13. More specifically, System Reset Status Register (RCM_SRS) and Sticky System Reset Status Register (RCM_SSRS).
