We used FX32K144HAT0MLLT as a welcome light, and several CSEC exceptions occurred. I need your help to analyze the reason. Thank you.

Phenomenon:

1.CSEC module exception, CCIF bit is always 0. The program is stuck in the WaitCommandCompletion function and cannot respond to any CAN messages.

2.The normal sample can reproduce the problem after repeatedly powering on and off.

①During the replication, the program cannot jump to the app, but the boot is running normally and can respond to CAN messages. During the UDS write process, a 31 01 ff 01 message is sent and a verification error is returned. (If the app signature verification fails or the bl startup fails, a verification error will be returned.).

②Do not download the boot program, just download the APP program, and it can run normally.

③Download the boot and app. Only the while (1) function in the app will also occur, so it is determined that the fault occurred on the boot side.

3.An ECC error is suspected. Read FTFC_ The FERSTAT register value is 0, excluding ECC errors.

4.After a problem occurs, it cannot be read using Jflash, but it can be written. The following prompts will appear when reading.

5.Using attachment Example5, an attempt was made to restore the factory settings for CSEC, but failed. An error occurred while running here.
