S32K3 Telematics Box for HSE Demo Application

We are looking for alternate of S32K344 Eval board (since it's not available in stock).

We have seen S32K3-T-BOX board that’s has S32K344 processor which is available in stock.

Can we use the T box like S32K344 Eval for the below purpose,
1. HSE Demo APP (Secure features)

2. Interfaces like Trace32, PE micro etc

Please recommend the other possible reference boards ( which is in stock) for this purposes.

Unfortunately, the only one in stock is the S32K3 Automotive Telematics Box (T-Box), but for the desired purpose, it can be used without a problem.

Hi @VaneB,

The development environment is processor = S32K344, IDE = S32 DS V3.5.

In S32 DS config tool window, there is a hint: tools not supported for the selected processor: DCD, IVT, QuadSPI, DDR . As the snapshot (left-bottom corner ) below:

I guess the IVT is used for Image Vector Table configuration.

Hi @kanimozhi_t

These tools are not compatible with the S32K3 family. They can be used on other platforms like S32G.

If you want to configure the IVT, see section 31.5.3 Defining the Image Vector Table Structure of Reference Manual S32K3xx, Rev. 5.

I would like to evaluate the T box Eval board with HSE Demo App to check secure features is it possible to run the Demo App in T box evaluation board?

Yes, running the HSE Demo App on the S32K3 Automotive Telematics Box (T-Box) is possible since the code is taken from the MCU, not from the board.
