BLDC Motor Control by Single phase

Hello Community,

Is it possible to rotate the 3 phase bldc motor with any one phase(a/b/c).

I want to control the 3 phase bldc motor with any one phase by duty cycle.

Could anyone please help me on this.

Hello,

I had consulted your query with motor control expert.

If we understood you requirement correctly, then we do not have any experience here.

BLDC is commonly controlled by 2 active and 1 disconnected phase.

If only 1 phase will be active, that will create a big issues which we are not able to answer/identify.
