&lt;P&gt;if you need to keep some memory content during the programming by S32DS, there's a nice article from Erich Styger:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In short, you need to go to Debug Configurations, here select PEmicro Debugger tab and then click on Advanced Options. In that window you can set Preserve areas.&lt;/P&gt;
