Hi@gksn284

If D3 is not turned on ，it measn there may be a problem with your power supply.

Senlent_0-1664155579289.png

You can try to use external 12V power supply，this might be useful, and don't forget the J107 should be changed to 1-2.

First, Thank you for your answer!

As you said, I connected the 12V power supply.

But there's no light, there's only heat. (I am aware that J107 should be changed to 1-2)

So I measured the voltage myself. (J107 : 2-3, microusb cable)

KakaoTalk_20220926_163728887_02.jpg

↑J107 : 2-3 unpluged

KakaoTalk_20220926_163728887_01.jpg

↑J107 : 2-3 pluged

KakaoTalk_20220926_163728887.jpg

↑ TP9's voltage

I think there's a reason why the voltage drops as it connects.

Do you have any guesses?

Do you know which specific heating chip is? Is it U15? According to the measurement results, there should be no problem with P5V_SBC. It is very likely that there is a problem with the U15. This is my guess.
