Hello, I would like to know if the S32K14* series chips have a temperature detection function, or if the entire S32K series has this function, you can also provide reference.

Hi Robin_Shen ,After reading your reply, I understand that the function of the internal temperature sensor may be supported on earlier hardware, and the existing version may be removed? At the same time, some sample programs are not available yet, right?
