Mcu_Ipw_GetRamState function undefined

I download the code of S32K AUTOSAR MCAL. Package name is S32K1XX_MCAL4_3_RTM_1_0_4.
I can not find the definition of Mcu_Ipw_GetRamState() in MCUDriver.

file-path: eclipse\plugins\Mcu_TS_T40D2M10I4R0\src\Mcu.c
Isn't this source code open to the public?

S32K1XX_MCAL4_3_RTM_1_0_4 doesn't support for GetRamState API:

That's why you couldn't find the definition of Mcu_Ipw_GetRamState.
