Hi Sir,

Currently i am working on NXP S32K14x series of micro controllers.

I have worked on S32K144 MocroController with IAR 7.50 Version and debugger IAR i-jet.

Please help me on this , it is very urgent .

Hi Razvan ,

I am sorry my above post deleted ,when i was trying to add some log and screen shot releted to issue in my above question.

But meanwhile that issue has been resolved.

My question is regarding moving to S32K144 to S32K148 .I am working on timers module of S32K148 now have to start with MPU module .Earlier i have worked on MPU with S32K144.

Could you tell me what should i take care with S32K148 with respect to MPU. What i have read from manual difference is only number of block changed.

Is there any other feature our functionality apart from this which has added in MPU for S32K148 or need take care of that during implementation.

Hi,

MPU driver is almost the same for all S32K14x devices. The main difference is from hardware. Please check this table:
