Hi,

In our customized board we are using S32K144 microcontroller. While flashing our code for debugging into S32K144 microcontroller using PE micro multilink universal programmer it continuously shows that it is not able to connect with the target processor.

What are things we have to check so that I can flash the code to microcontroller.

Hi AparnaSridharan,

Please check the "4 Debug and programing interface" of AN5426: Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K1xx – Application Note

And no Power pin should be left unconnected. VDDx and VDDA/VREFH must be shorted together externally to a common reference on PCB.

PORT F or PORT G did you connect to S32K144?( Multilink Universal/Universal FX Tech Summary)
