FlexRAM used as normal RAM, hard fault detected

When i used FlexRAM as normal RAM on S32K144 MCU and tried to initialize the memory area [0x14000000~0x14000FFF] a fault detected as following message:

"BusFault: An imprecise (asynchronous) data access error has occurred.
HardFault: A fault has been escalated to a hard fault."

Then i tried to initialize the memory area [0x14000000~0x14000DFF], no fault detected.

It seems i can't use the memory area [0x14000E00~0x14000FFF].

Does anyone can help me explain this phenomenon and how to solve it.
