S32K148 Board Not Powering Properly

I am using S32K148 Evaluation Board for an application and Facing issue in Powering the Board

1. When we do UART TX and RX connection from Evaluation Board to TTL converter, the DS2 & DS3 LED of Evaluation board are not turning ON.

2. All the Jumper connections are made to default state. Powered the Board using USB

3. If we remove RX connection of evaluation to TX of TTL board the DS2 & DS3 LED are turning ON.

Let me know what might be the issue, how to resolve this

When EVB is powered from USB,LED D10 should light green,while LEDs DS2 and DS3 light orange.

As you can seen from the above picture,the problem may be caused by the wiring.

I don’t know which pins you are using,may be you can try PTA30 & PTA29(LPUART2)
