Dear Sirs,

I would like to use MDS flash programmer to program new flash image. I build the hello_world_s32K118 and get the hello_world_s32k118.srec image. When I copy the image to the drive with
a volume label of S32K118EVB, the led in EVB. is 2s off followed by 8 rapid on/off blinks, the state "error 7" in LASTSTAT.TXT file. However, I could use S32DS debugger(SWD) to program the same hello_world example successfully. So could anyone give any suggestion for this issue? Thanks!

My Environment is,

EVAL Board : S32K118EVB2Q048

OS : WIN10 21H1

S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform Version: 3.4

SDA_INFO.HTM :

The latest OpenSDA Firmware from PEMicro is for S32K118EVB-Q064: (Pemicro_OpenSDA_Debug_MSD_Update_Apps_2020_05_12\MSD-DEBUG-S32K118EVB-Q064_Pemicro_v123.SDA)

I am not sure if there is a firmware corresponding to S32K118EVB2Q048.
It is recommended that you submit a Support Requests to PEMicro and ask them if the problem is caused by a mismatch in firmware application.

The LED Status Indicator it's:

Hi, Robin,

Thanks for your suggestion. I got the root cause for MSD programming. The lastest MSD-DEBUG-S32K118EVB-Q064_Pemicro_v123.SDA is compatible with S32K118EVB-Q048.
