&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If the full P/N of F&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;X&lt;/FONT&gt;32K and F&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;S&lt;/FONT&gt;32K have the only difference on '&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;X&lt;/FONT&gt;' and '&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;S&lt;/FONT&gt;', these two chips could be pin-2-pin compatible on hardware. The only difference for SW should be taken care on the default value of SDID register. Detail of SDID could be checked on &lt;EM&gt;S32K1xx reference manual&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;F&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;X&lt;/FONT&gt;32K and F&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;S&lt;/FONT&gt;32K use the same data sheet and reference manual.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Inside the S32K-DS.pdf is attached an excel files with the Orderable Part Numbers for S32K microcontrollers, and as of Rev. 10, this file does NOT include any part number starting with FX32K.&amp;nbsp; This led to confusion and time consuming activities in my team. This information now seems stable enough to be added to the list and avoid further confusion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if the only differnet is X and S, SDID should be exactly same since they are identical part, am I correct?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
