Maybe the mcu locked,but use JLink can not unlock,the Reset Pin is grounded.The program runs normally.

Thanks,but now i think the debug interface can not be used,because i can not find mcu through the J-Link Commander.

Before input "unlock kinetis", you should follow the tips of JLink Commander( Type "connect" to establish a target connection)

If it's your custom board, then please check the SWD connection by refer:AN5426: Hardware Design Guidelines for S32K1xx – Application Note

If you are using S32K148EVB, have you tried to debug it with onboard OpenSDA?

Thanks for your reply,it's my custom board,I use multimeter check the SWD connection and it's no problem.
