S32K148 LQFP Pinout

I need the pinout for FS32K148UJT0VLLT
This version has 100-pin LQFP package

I can find pinout for S32K142, S32K144, S32K146 100-pin LQFP in the excel sheets attached to the reference manual. But S32K148 sheet does not include 100-pin LQFP package.
