      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you refer to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/product-brief/RTD-S32G2_PB.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/product-brief/RTD-S32G2_PB.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;page 6, you saw in the mapping table for hardware module GMAC, the SW module where IP enabled is ETH. scroll back to page 3, software content "the list of high-level drivers", Eth is again listed in while GMAC is not. So we could have : in S32G RTD, ETH is the high level driver exposed to the AUTOSAR , and GMAC(sw) is the low level interface to the hardware.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BigBen_1-1648452969938.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/174981i6EB50959791D8FD2/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="BigBen_1-1648452969938.png" alt="BigBen_1-1648452969938.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
