&lt;P&gt;You may try to disconnect the debug cable and reconnect with the board powered off, then power on the board and check if the problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL start="2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Regarding to the script, it depends on which package/examples you are using, in general, &amp;nbsp;in the RTD SW package, there would be cmm file existed for debugging.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, if you are working with the Integration Reference Examples, the following scripts could be used for reference: Integration_Reference_Examples_S32G3_2023_02\code\framework\realtime\swc\bootloader\platforms\S32G3XX\build\cmm&lt;/P&gt;
